These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and PureNutri-Care, LLC ("PureNutri-Care," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, products, and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use our Services you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you create an account, you agree to:

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We may cancel any order (before or after shipment) for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state or local law. International customers may be charged import duties and taxes by their destination country.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment partner) to charge your selected payment method for your order.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are valid only for the period and products stated, one per order, and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4. Subscriptions

If you enroll in Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the current subscription price (including any applicable taxes and shipping) until you cancel. Key details:

• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days (or other frequency selected) until canceled
• Price changes: we'll give you at least 14 days' notice before changing your subscription price
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before your next renewal; we do not pro-rate mid-cycle
• Failed payments: if we can't charge your card, we'll retry for up to 7 days and notify you by email. Persistent failures may result in cancellation

Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: most U.S. orders ship same-day, and every product is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

6. Health Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureNutri-Care and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected].

When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by email or a prominent notice on the website before the changes take effect.
