Domestic Shipping Rates & Times
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. All orders ship from our distribution facility in Austin, TX.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 1pm Central Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm CT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is handed off to the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Canada — 5-10 business days, starting at $14.95
- United Kingdom — 7-12 business days, starting at $19.95
- Australia — 8-14 business days, starting at $24.95
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also:
- Log into your account dashboard to view order status
- Email [email protected] with your order number
- Check your shipping confirmation for a direct tracking link
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or a refused shipment, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack every order carefully, but things can occasionally go wrong in transit. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Damaged shipments: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement.
- Lost shipments: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, reach out and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Subscription Shipments
Subscribe & Save orders follow the same shipping schedule as one-time orders. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next shipment processes so you have time to make changes, skip, or cancel.
APO / FPO / DPO Addresses
We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses at standard U.S. shipping rates. Transit times vary depending on destination, typically 10-21 business days.
