The Fine Print
We want the return process to feel as good as the rest of our brand. Here are the specifics so you know exactly what to expect.
Eligibility Window
You have 60 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. After 60 days, we may still be able to help but it becomes a case-by-case decision — just reach out and we'll see what we can do.
What Can Be Returned
- Any PureNutri-Care product purchased directly from our website
- Both opened and unopened bottles
- Subscription orders and one-time purchases
Products purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, other storefronts, or physical stores) should be returned through that retailer's return process.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the carrier scans your return. You'll receive an email the moment we process the refund on our end. After that:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: Typically same day or next business day
Return shipping is always free for U.S. customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs but we'll refund the full product total.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different product or flavor? Just let us know. We'll refund your original purchase and send you the new product at the same price point — so you're never out of pocket during the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement the same day at no cost — no need to return the original.
Subscription Cancellations
Canceling your Subscribe & Save isn't the same as a return. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard with one click — no fees, no waiting period. If you'd like a refund on an already-shipped subscription order, the standard 60-day return policy applies.

- Your order number (starts with PNC-)
- The name on the order
- A quick note on why you're returning (optional, but it helps us improve)
