We use pectin (not gelatin, so they're plant-based), natural fruit flavors, and organic tapioca syrup for sweetness. For our Creatine Gummies, the standard adult serving is 4 gummies daily (providing 5g of creatine monohydrate), taken anytime. For our ACV Gummies, take 2 gummies daily, ideally before a meal. Exact dosing is always printed on the bottle.

Store your gummies in a cool, dry place below 77\u00b0F (25\u00b0C). Keep the bottle tightly sealed and out of direct sunlight. You don't need to refrigerate them. In very warm climates, the gummies can soften, so a pantry or drawer works best.

Shipping
Orders placed before 1pm CT on weekdays ship the same day. Standard U.S. shipping arrives in 3-5 business days. Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $5.95. Expedited 2-day shipping starts at $12.95.
Absolutely. You'll get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email the moment your order is picked up by the carrier. You can also log into your account or contact us for a tracking update.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
We stand behind our products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send the bottle back (even if it's empty) within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we issue your refund within 2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription with one click from the customer portal (link on our Account page). There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. You can also reach out and we'll take care of it for you.
Definitely. From your customer portal, you can skip the next shipment, change the delivery date, or adjust your delivery frequency. Great for when you haven't finished your last bottle yet.
Yes. You can swap products, change quantities, or add items to an upcoming order from your customer portal. Changes need to be made at least 24 hours before the next ship date.
Health & Safety
Our products are made from well-researched ingredients with strong safety profiles. Some people experience mild, temporary digestive changes (for example, a full feeling with creatine, or mild stomach upset with ACV if taken on an empty stomach). These usually resolve within a few days. If you experience anything unusual, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
We recommend that pregnant or breastfeeding individuals speak with their doctor before taking any supplement, including ours. Your physician knows your personal medical history and can give you the best guidance.
Most of our ingredients are well-tolerated, but some (like ACV) may interact with certain medications such as insulin, diuretics, or digoxin. If you're taking prescription medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement.
